Zero Data Storage Policy

FIX2Json does not store, save, or retain any user data.

What We Don't Store:

  • FIX Messages: All FIX message content you input is processed in your browser only and never sent to our servers
  • Personal Information: We don't collect names, emails, or any personal identifiers
  • Usage Data: We don't track how you use the tool or what messages you analyze
  • Session Data: No cookies or session storage for user data
  • Browser Data: We don't access your browser history, bookmarks, or other websites

How the Tool Works:

  1. You input FIX messages in your browser
  2. All processing happens locally using JavaScript
  3. Parsed results are displayed in your browser only
  4. When you refresh or close the page, all data is cleared

Feedback System:

When you submit feedback through our feedback form:

  • Your message is sent directly to our team via email
  • No data is stored in databases or servers
  • Your email is only used to respond to your feedback
  • We delete feedback emails after addressing your concerns

Technical Information:

  • Local Processing: All FIX message parsing happens in your browser using client-side JavaScript
  • No Analytics: We don't use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or similar tools
  • No Third-Party Scripts: Only essential libraries for FIX parsing are used
  • Secure Connection: All connections use HTTPS encryption
